About Me

With over 11 years of experience in the martial arts and fitness industry—and 8 years dedicated to coaching group strength, conditioning, and mobility classes—I bring a well-rounded, science-based approach to personal training and nutrition coaching. I began offering online coaching in 2020 to support my students during the pandemic when gyms across Los Angeles shut down, and that venture quickly grew into a thriving business that now includes in-person services. Today, I coach a wide range of clients, from competitive athletes to fiancés preparing for their big day, to everyday individuals working to become the healthiest versions of themselves. My philosophy is rooted in moderation—not deprivation—helping clients reach their goals without extreme diets or unrealistic workout demands.
